Meaning – When we are documenting something, like a company related document, project summary or even a simple check list, the information we have for reference is usually in the form of large paragraphs that are simply to impractical to go through all the time. The reason is that usually, the paragraphs contain 30% critical data and 70% buffer, which is just used to make the content seem full and fills he pages.
In order to optimise this information, people read through the content and make a list of facts that are absolutely critical, while filtering out the unnecessary fluff. The points in such a list, are referred to as bullets.
