All hands meeting

Meaning – An all hands meeting is not like nay other organisational meeting. This meeting is called upon by the higher management of an organisation and it is meant to be attended by the heads of all the projects that are ongoing in the organisation. In this meeting, the management takes stock of all the projects, including details about the resources being used, the state of completion of each project, the projected timelines, challenges and any other aspects that encompass the projects ongoing in the organisation.

These meetings may be conducted within the office premises, or at an off site location, but this is decided after due discussion and communication between the project heads the management.
